Off-duty city employee attacks her girlfriend, kicks cop in Queens hotel room

A city employee attacked her girlfriend in a Queens hotel room Sunday, then kicked a cop who tried to arrest her, police said.

Octayvia Scott, 26, an off-duty Human Resources Administration worker, was busted around 2 p.m., after she attacked the 26-year-old victim inside the Giorgio Hotel on 13th St. at 40th Ave. in Long Island City, according to cops.

She allegedly punched the woman in the face and body and bit her arms. She also kicked an officer as police tried to arrest her, officials said.

Scott was charged with assault, resisting arrest, harassment and disorderly conduct, authorities said.
