An actor and model slashed himself in the neck outside his Greenwich Village home after a fight with his girlfriend Monday morning, police said.

Damon Tolstoy, 49, was standing on his stoop at Bank Street near Waverly Place when he stabbed himself just after 8 a.m., leaving a trail of blood on the steps, according to authorities.

The building is next to the Waverly Inn restaurant, a celebrity haunt in the upscale West Village neighborhood.

Tolstoy was taken to Bellevue Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.

The Harley Davidson eyewear model has appeared in ads featured in Esquire and Max Italy, according to his website. He’s also had roles in two “Law and Order” episodes, and was filmed in the Discovery Channel’s show “Fighting Tuna.”
