Crew accused of robbing Asian business owners strikes again
Three men who targeted Asian business owners in nine commercial robberies in metro Atlanta struck again, according to the FBI.
Just before 9 p.m. Friday, the trio went to New You Massage in the 700 block of Holcomb Bridge Road in Roswell, FBI spokesman Stephen Emmett said Tuesday.
In what has become a kind of trademark of theirs, the men acted like customers. One requested a massage, Emmett said. Then, they pulled out handguns, demanded money and pistol-whipped employees and customers.
“One of the robbers went through the drawers of the front desk while the other robbers stole wallets, phones and purses from employees and customers,” Emmett said.
The men then left the businesss in what authorities believe is the same red or maroon 2004-2008 Pontiac Grand Prix they used in earlier crimes.
The car has a temporary tag on it, Emmett said.
The trio is accused of robbing restaurants, spas and massage parlors in Atlanta, Doraville, Duluth, Norcross, Roswell and Stone Mountain between Oct. 7 and Nov. 10.

“Focus should be on the primary robber,” Emmett said.
He is left-handed and wears a distinct gold watch. Emmett said the man has multiple tattoos on the left side of his neck and may have another under his right eye.
All three appear to be between their late teens and mid-20s. They are about 5-foot-10 with slim builds, authorities said.
Anyone with information on the men is asked to call Crime Stoppers Atlanta. Tipsters can remain anonymous, and be eligible for a reward up to $2,000, by also contacting 404-577-8477, texting information to 274637 or visiting crimestoppersatlanta.org.
